Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs access to and use of the public pages of xeye.es (home, documentation, guides, pricing and other content). By browsing them you accept these terms. Using the console and the search API requires creating an account and accepting the terms of service, which prevail over this notice in everything concerning the contracted service.

Terms of use of the website

• Use the website lawfully and in line with its informational purpose.
• Do not take actions that damage, overload or impair the website or the associated services (for example, bulk crawling beyond the published limits or unauthorised access attempts).
• Do not reproduce the content for commercial purposes without permission, beyond quoting with a link to the source.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, images, measured data, logo and design of xeye.es belong to the owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may quote excerpts and link to any page, crediting the source. The software that provides the service is the property of the owner, who reserves all rights to it. "XEYE" is used as the trade name of the service. Third-party trademarks mentioned (for example in the comparisons or the integration tutorials) belong to their owners and are cited for identification only.

xeye.es links to third-party sites (documentation of other products, sources of the comparisons, providers). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them; a link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
